These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ezGreen LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("ezgreen.app," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of ezgreen.app, the ezgreen.app web application, and the ezgreen.app desktop application (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a license, or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms contain an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver in Section 16. Please read it. It affects how disputes between you and ezgreen.app are resolved.

1. ezgreen.app is not a law firm

This section is important enough to come first.

ezgreen.app is self-help software. It is not a law firm, not an attorney, and not an immigration consultant.
ezgreen.app does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the Services, purchasing a license, or communicating with our support team.
The Services provide general information and document preparation tools based on the answers you provide. You select which forms to file, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything in your application before you sign and submit it.
ezgreen.app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any government agency.
Blank USCIS forms and their official instructions are available free of charge at uscis.gov/forms. What you pay ezgreen.app for is software that helps you organize your information and fill those forms out, not the forms themselves.
Immigration outcomes depend on your individual circumstances. If your case involves prior immigration violations, criminal history, prior denials, unlawful presence, or anything else complex, consult a licensed immigration attorney before filing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that this is true and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

3. Your license to use ezgreen.app

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ezgreen.app grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services to prepare immigration filings for yourself and your immediate family in a single case. You may not:

use the Services commercially, including to prepare filings for clients, customers, or anyone outside your own household;
share, resell, sublicense, or transfer your account or license key;
copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law permits it despite this restriction.

A free tier of the application is available so you can evaluate ezgreen.app before purchasing. Paid features require a license key.

4. Accounts and license keys

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly at support@ezgreen.app if you suspect unauthorized use. License keys may be limited to a fixed number of device activations. We may deactivate keys that we reasonably believe are shared, resold, or obtained fraudulently.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

probe, scan, or breach the security of the Services or attempt to access data not intended for you;
interfere with the operation of the Services, including by overloading, flooding, or introducing malicious code;
scrape or harvest content or data from the Services by automated means;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false information to any government agency.

6. Your data stays on your device

The information you enter to prepare your forms is stored locally in your browser or on your computer. It is not transmitted to ezgreen.app. This design protects your privacy, and it also means:

You are responsible for backups. Use the application's export feature to save your progress. Clearing browser data, uninstalling the application, or losing your device can permanently delete your work, and we cannot recover it.
You are responsible for review. Before signing or filing anything the Services help you generate, review every page for accuracy and completeness. You, not ezgreen.app, sign the forms and certify their contents to the government.

Our handling of the limited personal information we do collect (account email, purchase records, support messages) is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Purchases, pricing, and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or error.

All sales are final once your license key has been activated, except under the guarantee described below. Because ezgreen.app offers a free tier that lets you fully evaluate the software before buying, we do not otherwise offer refunds after activation. If you purchased a license but have not activated it, contact support@ezgreen.app and we will review your request in good faith.

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee

If USCIS denies your application because of an error in ezgreen.app, we will refund what you paid us for your license.

An "error in ezgreen.app" means a defect in the Services themselves: information you entered that the software placed in the wrong field or left off the completed form, an instruction the Services gave you that was wrong, or a form edition the Services provided that was already out of date on the day you generated your package. It does not cover a denial that follows from the information you gave us, from evidence you did not include, from your eligibility or immigration history, from a filing decision you made against our guidance, or from USCIS's exercise of discretion.

To make a claim, email support@ezgreen.app within 60 days of the date on your USCIS denial notice, and include a copy of that notice and the package you filed. We will review your claim and respond in writing.

The refund covers what you paid ezgreen.app for your license and nothing else. USCIS filing fees, medical exam and translation costs, attorney fees, and every other expense remain yours. This refund is your sole and exclusive remedy if the Services contain an error.

8. USCIS forms, editions, and fees change

USCIS revises its forms, edition dates, filing fees, and filing addresses from time to time, sometimes without notice. Filing an outdated edition or an incorrect fee can cause USCIS to reject a filing. While we work to keep the Services current, you are responsible for verifying the current form edition, filing fee, and filing address at uscis.gov before you file. Apart from the guarantee in Section 7, ezgreen.app is not responsible for rejections, denials, delays, or other consequences of any filing.

9. Changes to the Services

We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the Services in whole or in part. Where a change materially reduces what a paid license provides, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, text, guides, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by ezgreen.app or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

11. Third-party services

The Services rely on and link to third-party services (such as Stripe, Supabase, and USCIS resources). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, including by sharing license keys or using the Services commercially. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 10, and 13 through 17) survive.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ezgreen.app and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or the contents of any filing you submit to any government agency.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. EZGREEN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR CURRENT WITH THE LATEST USCIS REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY FILING PREPARED WITH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCEPTED OR APPROVED. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS THE GUARANTEE IN SECTION 7. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZGREEN WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR IMMIGRATION OUTCOMES OF ANY KIND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. EZGREEN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID EZGREEN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIABILITY LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. Governing law, arbitration, and class action waiver

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to email support@ezgreen.app with a description of the dispute and give us 60 days to try to resolve it with you informally. Most issues can be resolved this way.

Arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and ezgreen.app agree that the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Fulton County, Georgia, or, at your election, conducted remotely or in your county of residence as those Rules allow. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

Class action and jury trial waiver. All disputes must be brought in the parties' individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims. You and ezgreen.app each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement in this Section 16 is void, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, to whose jurisdiction both parties consent.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@ezgreen.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account email, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

17. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ezgreen.app regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect (except as stated in Section 16). Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may update these Terms from time to time; for material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by prominent notice on ezgreen.app before the changes take effect, and your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
