Are USCIS filing fees included?
No. What you pay ezgreen.app is for the software; the government filing fees are separate and go directly to USCIS. For a concurrent marriage-based filing those are currently $675 for the I-130, $1,440 for the I-485, and optionally $260 for the I-765 work permit and $630 for the I-131 travel document. Those fees are identical whether you use ezgreen.app, hire an attorney, or file entirely on your own, and you should confirm the current amounts at uscis.gov before you mail anything.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a single one-time payment, and there is no recurring charge of any kind. Your license stays valid for your case, and it includes updates for the current edition of the forms it fills.
How many computers can I use my license on?
One. A license activates on a single device, which is what keeps it tied to your case rather than resold. If you replace your computer or need to move the license, activating on the new device records a transfer request, and we review those individually. Reach out to support and we will take care of it.
Can I try it before I pay?
Yes, and this is the point of the free tier. Download ezgreen.app and work through the entire guided interview without paying anything. A license is only required for the later phases: assembling your document checklist, generating the completed PDF package, and the printing and mailing steps. So you can see exactly what you are buying before you buy it.
What is your refund policy?
Because the free tier lets you evaluate the software fully before buying, all sales are final once your license key has been activated. If you purchased a license but have not activated it yet, contact support@ezgreen.app and we will review your request in good faith.
How do I get my license key after paying?
It appears on the confirmation page immediately after checkout, so copy it somewhere safe before closing the tab. We do not email keys. If you sign in with the same email address you used to pay, the key is linked to your account and you can find it again at any time on your account page.
