Questions about pricing, answered.

Does one license cover all three applications?

No. Marriage green card and I-751 licenses are separate purchases. Essential costs $299 for marriage green cards and $149 for I-751. N-400 is entirely free, including PDFs, and needs no license. USCIS filing fees are separate for every application.

Are USCIS filing fees included?

No. Your ezgreen purchase covers your selected software and review package. Government filing fees are separate and paid directly to USCIS. Confirm the current fees at uscis.gov before you file.

Is this a subscription?

No. Both plans are a single one-time payment, and there is no recurring charge of any kind. Your license stays valid for your case, and it includes updates for the current edition of the forms it fills.

How many computers can I use my license on?

One. A license activates on a single device, which is what keeps it tied to your case rather than resold. If you replace your computer or need to move the license, activating on the new device records a transfer request, and we review those individually. Reach out to support and we will take care of it.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. All form filling, filing instructions, and post-filing guidance are free. Marriage green card licenses unlock detailed document checklists and PDF downloads, with a free sample PDF preview. I-751 requires its own license for detailed document checklists and all PDF generation, previews, and downloads. N-400 is free throughout.

What is your refund policy?

You can try form filling before buying. Software sales are final after activation, except under the software guarantee in our terms. Contact support@ezgreen.app about an unactivated software purchase. Attorney review changes, cancellations, and refund requests are handled manually, separately from software activation. Include your service number when contacting support.

How do I get my license key after paying?

It appears on the confirmation page immediately after checkout, so copy it somewhere safe before closing the tab. We do not email keys. If you sign in with the same email address you used to pay, the key is linked to your account and you can find it again at any time on your account page.

What does the Assured attorney review actually cover?

Assured costs $699 for marriage green cards or $549 for I-751. It includes all Essential features, one 60-minute review of your application materials by a licensed immigration attorney, and written feedback. Prepare the forms and supporting evidence you want reviewed, then arrange the appointment and material delivery. Your app does not send your files automatically. This is a review of the materials you prepared, not full legal representation.

Can I add attorney review after buying Essential?

Yes. Sign in with your purchase email and open your account. Add attorney review to the corresponding Essential license for $400. Your existing license key and device activation stay the same. After payment, return to the app and refresh your license to see the updated plan.
