Licensed Attorney Review Before You File with ezgreen Assured
Last updated October 13, 2026
ezgreen now offers a review by a licensed immigration attorney through our Assured plan. You prepare your application in ezgreen, then have our partner attorney review your forms and supporting documents before you file. The plan includes one 60-minute review and written feedback.
For applicants using ezgreen to file their own applications, we recommend arranging this review before submission. It gives you an opportunity to discuss your case and address issues in the materials you have prepared.
Why review your materials before filing?
USCIS reinforced its evidence guidance on August 5, 2026. When required initial evidence is missing or an applicant has not established eligibility, USCIS may deny a request without first sending a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). The guidance applies to requests pending or filed on or after that date, subject to applicable regulations and policy exceptions. See the USCIS announcement and policy alert PA-2026-05.
USCIS still has discretion to request evidence. The change does not mean every incomplete application will be denied, but you should not count on receiving a notice that lets you fix missing evidence later. Prepare the required evidence for your initial filing and raise unresolved questions with an attorney before submitting.
What Assured includes
Assured is available for marriage green card applications and removal of conditions (I-751). It includes:
- All Essential features for your selected product: guided form preparation, a document checklist based on your answers, and filing guidance.
- One 60-minute review by a licensed immigration attorney: a review of the application forms and supporting evidence you have prepared, with time to discuss your case and questions.
- Written feedback: comments on the materials and changes to address before filing.
| Product | Essential | Assured |
|---|---|---|
| Marriage green card | $299 | $699 |
| Removal of conditions (I-751) | $149 | $549 |
These are one-time prices in USD. Government filing fees are separate. Existing Essential users can add attorney review to the corresponding license for $400, keeping their license key and device activation. See plans and current availability.
The attorney reviews the materials you prepare. You remain responsible for making corrections and submitting the application. Full legal representation, handling a complex case, or other legal services require a separate arrangement with the attorney. A review does not guarantee USCIS approval. You can meet our partner attorney before booking.
Before you schedule your review
1. Complete and check your forms
Finish the form-filling stage in ezgreen and review the forms you intend to submit. Check names, dates, addresses and answers across the application. Prepare the completed forms for the attorney, including any forms you completed outside ezgreen. Write down questions about answers you are unsure of instead of guessing.
2. Prepare your supporting documents
Work through the document checklist for your application. Gather readable copies of the evidence you intend to file, together with required translations and relevant prior immigration notices. Organize the files so the attorney can match them to your forms. If a document is unavailable or you are unsure what can replace it, contact the attorney before booking to discuss how to proceed.
The review is most useful when the attorney can see your prepared application and evidence together. Complete these steps before scheduling, then follow the attorney's instructions for delivering the materials.
3. Be fully honest about your case
Tell the attorney all the facts, including information you think may hurt your application. Raise prior immigration applications or denials, entry and status history, previous marriages, arrests or criminal matters, and inconsistencies in past submissions when relevant. Explain anything you do not remember or are unsure about.
Do not leave out a fact because it feels embarrassing, seems unrelated, or you assume the attorney will find it in a document. The attorney needs your complete account to assess the materials and advise you about concerns.
How to arrange the review in ezgreen
Activate your Assured license in the desktop app. If you upgraded from Essential, refresh your license on the attorney review card to see the updated benefits.
Select Schedule attorney review. Before you can choose a time, the app asks you to confirm that your forms are complete, your supporting documents are ready, and you will discuss all case information honestly with the attorney. All three boxes must be checked to continue to the booking page.
Use the service number shown in the app when booking. Follow the attorney's instructions for the review scope, material delivery and timing. Booking does not automatically send files from ezgreen. You share the documents yourself through the agreed delivery method.
After the review, work through the written feedback and resolve outstanding questions before filing. For help with your license, booking, rescheduling or cancellation, contact ezgreen support.
